Are you real estate agents?
No. Infinit Assets is a private capital group. We buy property directly through our network of private investors. There is no listing, no commission, and no agency relationship.
How do you decide which properties you work with?
We look at the property, the market, and the situation. Our network is selective, and not every property is a fit. When one is, we move quickly.
Will the sale be public?
Not until it closes, and not on your street before then. There is no sign, no listing, and no showings. The transaction enters the public record only when the deed is recorded at closing, the same as any sale.
How is your number calculated?
Against real comparable sales in your market, reviewed by investors who know that area. It is a single figure, not a range, and not a low opening number meant to be negotiated up.
How fast can you close?
As fast as seven days, or as slow as you need. You set the date.
Do I need to make repairs or clear out the property?
No. We buy the property as it stands, including anything left behind.
Are there fees or closing costs I pay?
No listing fees and no commission. We cover standard closing costs. Anything unusual is discussed openly before you commit.
You contacted me first. Why?
Because your property fits what our network is looking for. We reach out selectively, based on the property, not by blanketing a ZIP code. If the timing is wrong, tell us and we'll close the file.
What happens to my information?
It is used only to evaluate your property and stay in contact with you about it. It is never sold to third parties. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
What if I say no to the number?
The conversation ends there, privately. No follow-up campaign, no pressure. You are welcome to come back to us later if the situation changes.
