Infinit Assets isn't tied to a fixed list of cities. Our network of private investors spans the country, and it isn't the same three names in every market. It's relationships built one at a time, in the places where they hold.

A property in a small market is treated with the same privacy and the same directness as one in a major metro. The location does not change the manner.
No local office required
You deal with the same principal regardless of where the property sits. The network carries the local knowledge; you keep a single point of contact.
We don't publish a map.
All fifty states. We don't list the cities we've closed in, and we don't hand out a heat map of recent purchases. The point of this is discretion, and that includes the sellers who came before you.
We also don't take on every market or every property. This isn't a service for everyone. When we do move on a property, it's because the fit is real: the market, the situation, and the network all line up.
