A considered process. Not a pipeline.
Infinit Assets works with a select number of properties at once. That constraint is deliberate. It is what lets each conversation stay direct, private, and unhurried. Here is how a sale moves from first contact to a closed transaction.
-
1
A private conversation
You reach us directly. We ask about the property, the situation, and the timeline you have in mind. Nothing about this step is public, and nothing is committed. If the property isn't a fit for our network, we say so in that first conversation rather than leaving you waiting.
-
2
Our network evaluates it
Your property is reviewed quietly against real comparable sales by the private investors in our network who already know that market. This is not an automated valuation or a form letter. It typically takes a few days, not weeks.
-
3
One number, from a principal
You receive a single figure in a direct call from the person handling your sale. Not a range, not a negotiating opener, not a letter. If the number works for you, we move. If it does not, the conversation ends there, privately.
-
4
Close, privately, on your date
You choose the closing date. Seven days or seven months. You may use your title company or ours. There is no listing, no sign, and no public record of the sale until it closes on the terms you set.
We respond within [RESPONSE TIME, CONFIRM]. A principal reviews every inquiry personally, so the first reply comes from someone who can make a decision.
The absence of these is the point.
- We don't list the property or put it on the open market.
- We don't hold showings or open houses.
- We don't assign the contract to another buyer.
- We don't pass you to a call center or a junior associate.
- We don't run a follow-up campaign if the answer is no.
