Infinit Assets identifies and evaluates residential and land properties for potential acquisition. We may contact property owners regarding a possible purchase of their property, and we may work with third-party buyers, investors, or developers in connection with properties we acquire or have rights to acquire.

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow property owners and other parties to submit inquiries to us. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase any specific property. Any offer to purchase is made only through a separate, signed written agreement between you and Company, and is subject to due diligence, title review, and other conditions set out in that agreement.

Company is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not act as a real estate agent or broker for any party. We may act as a principal purchaser, or may assign our rights under a purchase agreement to a third-party buyer prior to closing, as permitted by the terms of that agreement and applicable law. If you have questions about how a particular transaction will be structured, ask us directly before signing any agreement.

Nothing on the Site or in any communication from Company constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult your own attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before entering into any agreement to sell your property.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to submit information about a property (as the owner or an authorized representative) to use this Site.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when you submit a form, including your name, contact information, and property details. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to sell your property, and does not obligate Company to make an offer.

By submitting your phone number or email address through our forms, you consent to be contacted by Company by phone, SMS text message, and email regarding your inquiry, as described in our SMS Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, and you may request removal from our contact list by emailing [contact email]. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Site without our prior written consent.
